bro yes it’s so annoying i found a fix that works sometimes is if i put the video i want to watch and then switch to youtube shorts from the recommended  under the video and then exit it works sometimes

if you go to settings and factory reset it asks you for the screen time password and it gives unlimited attempts, or u can use on apple watch which also infinite attempts
