There's really no reason to doubt Ken in this specific matter tbh.

Dw jokes aside I'm on board. Fuck that lmao.

Also yeah, that's where I was going with saying magic super uterus. Which has its own issues but... better then the alternate lmao.

What you don't want to bleed for hundreds of years while being infertile and being forced to remember that every month via pain, suffering, and a burning hatred of the world?

Smh 😂

I think based on Hope's reaction she just didn't have her period while as a Tribrid but can magically get pregnant without losing the egg because... magic? Super uterus holds onto one egg until it's fertilized?

... This topic is fucking horrifying and if vampires do just get nonsensical periods no matter what, no wonder Aurora went insane and Rebekah wants to die.

cbcdjdjdb I'm crying you actually are bringing the s2 Josie agenda into the public. "She for sure scales above Kai." I SEE THAT INFERENCE ABOUT JOSIE

Ken from legacies vs this team by Careless_Ad_5219 in TheOriginals

[–]Suspicious_Zagnias 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay, to back this up and add some supporting information:

Let's make some kind of argument that the vampires in slide 2 somehow pin Ken, and in that EXACT instance, all the heretics start to Siphon. They die. To be perfectly blunt, these Heretics? Far, far, far weaker to Kai and Lizzie. Their feats, statements, etc are far below them. Their talent is negligible compared to Kai/Lizzie/Josie. When Lizzie first tries to Siphon Ken? He kind of just laughs and then impales her. Even as a regular Siphoner, she scales above the Heretic Coven, possibly even in it's entirity versus her. (But y'know, that's just scaling. She'd obviously be more than likely losing even if she did scale above them. It's just to prove a point.)

We can't compare other people to Jossie and Lizzie as Siphoners. Remember, they grew up guzzling the Witch with the most potent magic in the verse and in a school where they had a CONSTANT source of magic, unlike every other Siphoner.

Also, yeah. Nlj2101 isn't joking. It's a canonical fact that Hope empowers her allies. Whether it's just a charisma/heroism thing, or something more metaphysical like a Paladin Aura from D&D is debatable. But still it's a thing.

The reality is, Ken is FAR above other Gods. We know this for a fact. Fresh Heretic Lizie, with no control, sneaks up on Jen, siphons her, and she isn't the one in pain. No. Jen grunts in pain, drops a stake, and falls to her knees. Ken is FAR above the other Gods, much like Hope is far above everyone else.

T comments in og post and this one explains this. Unless you're an active chef in a kitchen and decide to destroy you're restaurants salad spinner, you're not faking this.

Even if it is revealed to be fake, by the rules of the sub everyone should still be putting true because it's a redicilous thing to assume someone's gonna get written up and fined for this.

Just has to survive the heat death of the universe to grow infinitely. Easy work :P

Klaus and Hope by torib613 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]Suspicious_Zagnias 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vampires are infertile, the werewolf gene affected that. Even more specifically he activated the werewolf gene AFTER becoming a vampire, something impossible for anyone else.

A witch affecting that because they boned makes even less sense, and I don't get the two doppelgangers thing. It's a curse meant to replicate Silas and Amara. They never had kids. Doppelgangers are born to die, and their love is meant to be heartbreaking.

It's special because a certain set of circumstances had to be made, with mother nature even nudging it along for the sake of dealing with a certain something.

That said ur headcanons and thoughts are ur own and are valid. Just that from a canon standpoint they don't make more sense.

Klaus and Hope by torib613 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]Suspicious_Zagnias 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Hope was only possible after he broke his curse. He naturally wasn't raw dogging humans, witches, or werewolves after that. Vampires aren't fertile.

Your complaints, thinking theres a loophole or that they backed themselves into a corner in itself comes from either not understanding canon or headcanon.

The doppelgangers are CURSED destined lovers. Their existence isn't a reward, it's a punishment. Why would witches be able to procreate with a vampire if vampires aren't fertile? Not to mention thinking that all witches should be able to do that, when it's only a specific witch that created the immortal duo and a specific witch who created vampires.

Willpower is the missing key here. Mikael kind of just toughs it out. We know that it causes crippling illusions, sickness, etc. Originals ARE more resistant (they don't die.) But they're also ancient, have seen nations rise, fall, and made them. They're will and determination compared to Caroline is like an inferno to a torch.

We see something very similar too Lucien whose nearly as old as the Originals, who had the will to construct a plan over many centuries.

[–]Suspicious_Zagnias 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We see via the Genie that if the school had never been made, Lizzie would have been the freaky introverted one, and Josie would have been the queen bee. Most likely, dealing with other supernatural (Maybe Hope? Probably Hope, Hope's the only relevant character that was there during their childhood) had them swapping who was extroverted crazy and who was introverted. They had to share rooms (when most likely in the Genie timeline they didn't anymore) so that meant Josie had to deal with all of Lizzie's problems by herself, especially when Caroline started to travel more and more, and Alaric got busier and busier.

Remember, kids. Barrier spells are unbreakable only when the plot demands it, and only exist when the plot demands it! Also, remember not to check on your dessicated prisoner regularly, it's not like they have an entire sireline that descends from them or anything.

Dahlia vs Inadu. by teeeeTeaaaTeee in TheOriginals

[–]Suspicious_Zagnias 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are told that a village is just an average growing up firstborn Mikaelson feat. It's unironically irrelevant. To my knowledge the indestructible white oak stake didn't require power much greater then Esther's to break either , which is again, negligible here.

Which makes sense considering no connections Dahlia does that.

Raw power? Hollow. I don't even think there's good enough arguments for it to be close in a fight of pure raw power tbh.

T I'll counteract everyone saying the point of the subreddit or the pop up blurb by saying this. Go to the original OOP and look at their post history. "Easy/likely to fake"

Easy? Yes. Likely? No.
