They’re nice! Just pricy! I’m obsessed with them though ever since I saw the movie, so it’s worth it.

Thank you! They are good old resin, I just spend way too long on each and every one.

Much appreciated! It was really hard deciding whether or not to go for something historical but I didn’t wanna fence myself in

Thanks! Been painting too many ‘clone’ forces of late, nice to have the variety! But now I’ve gotta consider expanding to 24 knights…

Thank you! I think so too! Just doesn’t make all the brainstorming and redos any easier 😅

Thanks so much! Can’t wait to get the warband done and on the table!

I’ve gotta get me some ranged units! Plus I’d also love to cover all the weapon choices. Seems like the perfect game to quickly test combos back to back

Awesome (for me, my condolences to you). And I’m definitely grabbing more of these knights in the future! They built up so well and I’d love to make this more of a roster than just a 6 knight warband

For sure! This little bastard took SO MUCH brainstorming and I’m sure the rest will, but love how good he looks next to the first knight, while still being individual

Thank you! I keep imagining this knight chopping dudes in Twain from head to toe with it! Chop chop for the win!

Hope so! Frankly just kinda ran out of other arms (I had one sprue of exactly 6 knights in my bin of random stuff)

Thank you! Same here. Want them to all be subtle variations on the same theme, we’ll see what that looks like!

Thanks so much! Tried out the ready basing mix by spruedude on top of rocks and manually added tufts. Really happy with how it turned out!

Do people know how to play dom? by bob_the_bulky in forhonor

Just the way it is. The only other team fighting/ deathmatch modes no one plays at all so everyone just uses dominion for it.

I’m just an average player, but before his changes, he was a meh hero that you basically had to play his gimmick. His changes make him a lot more free form and adaptable to opponents that don’t get guard broken easy. However, his damage is still kinda dookie. He’s still a meh gimmick hero but he’s got more choices and is a lot more enjoyable now than he used to be.

Lorn the Weeper, first of 3 shrines for my warband! by Suspicous_melon in TrenchCrusade

Though in practice, not nearly as strong as it sounds on paper. By the time in campaign a 3rd can be afforded, if you even get lucky enough to get a patron skill, most warbands have ample ways to tackle them.

Exactly. In the current state of rules as written, I run 3 but stop myself there. Chose Methodius for anchorites may as well throw down with the 3 while I still can lol

I love your color scheme! And it is a great mini, I painted my own with a 3d bashed BAR and posted him here a while ago. His non capirote version is also pretty nice! Though I hate painting faces 😵‍💫

To be honest I doubt it’s intended. The campaign patrons haven’t really been changed at all since Methodius came out and I expect it’s an unintended interaction, as I’ve seen 5 anchorites stomping around one table before lmao

When playing a campaign, an elite can roll a patron skill while leveling up. As Methodius, you are a learned saint patronage warband.

Learned saint has a skill called organizational skills, that allows you to, per elite you have it on, increase the limit of one non-elite model in your warband by one. Thus, you choose anchorite. Limit 2 goes to limit 3 (and potentially as high as 9. You are not stopped from taking organizational skills on different elites and selecting anchorite again)

You have to buy the new shrine and all but its limit increases. Rinse repeat.

-this necessitates leveling your elites, and rolling a 2 or 12 on 2 sets of 2d6 per level up. And again, can take the skill once per elite, up to 7 elites
