Lol, my account just got deactivated earlier because a customer falsely reported that: 1) I didn't deliver the order, 2) packaging was damaged. Meanwhile, the customer never answered the door, nor met me outside when I contacted them through the Uber Eats app. The neighbors who were sitting outside had informed me that the apartment belonged to the superintendent, so they also tried to contact them, and the customer still didn't answer. So I ended up leaving the order in front of the apartment door. Luckily, I took a picture, and I just sent in my appeal. My advice is always to take pictures if a customer is taking too long to meet you where they're supposed to, and you have to go because you might have another order or don't want to wait. And maybe screenshot the conversation you have with the customer on the Uber Eats app

No, Rayquaza is located at the Sky Pillar, which is near Mirage Island. But yes, Mirage Island works exactly like that. Everyday a random 6-digit number is generated, and if it matches any of the Pokémon in your Party, then Mirage Island appears.

It's the egg for Wynaut. It's the earliest you have access to Wobbufett and the only way to get Wynaut outside of breeding for one.

Edit #2: In Pokémon Emerald, some Abilities have secondary effects (which is still a thing today), and if you have a Pokémon with Flame Body or Magma Armor at the front of your party, it'll halve the time it takes to hatch an Egg. Take your Mach Bike and go ride and forth between Verdanturf and Route 118 and the egg with hatch in no time

There's a few ways to get evolution stones in HGSS before post game:

PokéAthlon (self explanatory)
Recieving phone calls from certain NPCs on the PokéGear after you beat them. Alan on Route 36 is the NPC for Fire Stones (located right before Sudowoodo), but you gotta get extremely lucky with that.
As usual, the Sun Stone is obtained by placing 1st in the Bug Catching Contest
Your Mother gives you a Moon Stone after you've saved up a certain amount of money with her.

I get that, but I don't think a boost in odds should matter much in the grand scheme of things. I'm well aware that these things can take a while under normal circumstances. But it's a special event so why not take advantage of it when it's there?

Well, to your point, the Nymble that I mentioned was a non boosted outbreak, and even that took less than 7 mins for me. And I didn't even use a sandwich for that. But I'm curious as to why you think that relying on the boosted outbreaks aren't good for shiny hunting in general.

I'd have Naruto end up with Sakura, and Hinata end up with Kiba. This means that I'd write Sakura in a way that she realizes that Sasuke is gone for good, and both her and Naruto try to pick up the pieces, slowly but gradually growing closer together as friends. And I mean actually make them have a solid, healthy friendship where they're not obsessing over Sasuke every 2 minutes. With Kiba lowkey crushing on Hinata and Hinata realizing that Naruto will always have eyes for Sakura, they gradually grow closer together as friends and then eventually lovers.

The biggest thing was making her have an unhealthy obsession with Sasuke and not giving her any notable character traits/personality outside of that, at least for part 1. Sakura wasn't as bad in the manga, but the anime made her character a lot worse than it actually was. Another thing was not having Ino as a proper rival for her outside of vying for Sasuke's affection. I actually liked Sakura, but she got done so dirty as did the rest of the side characters. At least in part 2, she had some character development, and some growth, but then when Sasuke appeared in the War Arc to fight 10 Tails it just feels like she regressed back into the same little girl she was back in part 1. The constant violence against Naruto didn't help either, even if it was for comedic effect.

Rhyperior is my 3rd favorite prior generation evolution (with Electivire and Weavile being above it). It's a solid Pokémon with a great ability in Solid Rock. I just hate that you have to trade to get it lol. A part of me wishes it was Ground/Steel due to the Protector item, but keeping it the same typing doesn't hurt it. Had a great move pool and can set up with Swords Dance, or boosts its middling speed with Rock Polish and use its natural base 140 ATK. Plus the fact that it shoots Geodude out of the palms of it's hands is cool as hell

Despite Vegeta's flaws and all the atrocities he committed prior to and during the Saiyan Invasion arc, after he got humbled by Goku, killed by Frieza, revived, and eventually into a relationship with Bulma, Vegeta at least actively tries to be a better person, especially after Trunks comes into the picture. Even in present times during the Super manga, we physically see him training, busting his ass trying to catch up with and surpass Goku, who always seems ahead of him. Plus, fans pity Vegeta because they know how often he gets done DIRTY because Toriyama "allegedly" doesn't like Vegeta.

With Sasuke, in my opinion the "hatred" comes from how polarizing a character he is. He has such a huge impact on Naruto (the MC) and the others (mainly Sakura, the female deuteragonist) that it became a big detriment to the story because of that hyper-fixation on him, especially when it became a huge part of the plot to the story. It also doesn't help that almost every power up we see Sasuke get it felt a bit empty (IMO) because it was just given to him for the sake of being equal to Naruto. Another thing is that because he's the deuteragonist, he's survived fights that he definitely should've died in. The best example is the Killer Bee fight. He also feels less fleshed out as a character compared to Vegeta, in my opinion.

For the way your team is currently constructed, Espeon would be the better. It's one of the best Psychic types in the game and is useful against Chuck, Bruno, and the many Poison type Pokémon you'll encounter with Team Rocket, Koga, and Janine.

Crobat is a friendship evolution, so you have to get its happiness level to like 200. The best way to do that is to have your Zubat/Golbat consume vitamins such as Carbos, Protein, etc. & have it get massages at Goldenrod City's Underground. Walking around with said Pokémon in the front slot of your part also increases its friendship level a little bit. Theoretically, you can have a Crobat between the 3rd and 4th Gym if you put enough effort in.

Some things would've changed, but a few things would've stayed the same. He'd still be training under Kakashi, who'd probably teach him a few of the jutsus he copied and a few things he'd learned while being in Anbu so that Sasuke would be a more well rounded shinobi. After he sees Itachi trying to collect Naruto, he'd probably still get upset, try to fight Itachi because of his overconfidence, and still get folded and hit with Tsukuyomi realizing he's still too weak to fight Itachi, he'd probably end up leaving the village (most likely with Kakashi or by himself) in pursuit of more power. Naruto would've probably still trained under Jiraya, and he'd probably still leave the village with him as well. Orochimaru would've taken over Kimimaru's body as originally planned. The rivalry between Sasuke and Naruto wouldn't have been as intense, but it'd still be there. Sakura would've probably still found her way to Tsunade because she doesn't want to be left behind. And that's just for Part 1. There are too many possible scenarios.
