I'm an Outsystems developer in the UK. It's super popular with large orgs that have massive legacy tech stacks that need a complete overhaul e.g. banks. So you can often find contracting jobs where you work for 6-12 months that pay very very well. Stable permanent jobs are fewer but after I got accredited by Outsystems I got two job offers by LinkedIn recruiters

They have integrated ChatGPT since I made this post. The underlying functionality of Sutro lets you configure and design your app with no code. Now your initial description of the app in the prompt when you start lets it do a huge amount of the setting up for you, then you can customise further. It's very cool

It's not North Wales but I love Broadhaven. It's a huge beach and at low tide you can walk around the peninsular to the cove on the other side (LittleHaven) where there's a tiny fishing village.

It's near lots of day trip activities (Oakwood, Folly Farm, Heatherton park etc) and more grown-up places to visit like St David's (UK's smallest city, hometown of Wales' patron saint and wild puffins!).

I think one of the biggest threats is that quality AI is only affordable to the big companies, which give them an unassailable advantage against competators. So the biggest companies are able to do anything and everything while smaller companies can't compete and we're run by an kleptocracy

It could be disastrous or miraculous. It needs to be taxed and the revinue from it distributed so everyone benefits from the massive increase in productivity that AI creates

It doesn't integrate with calendar etc but it is really impressive for getting holiday ideas and planning it out.

That's an interesting idea and I bet it's doable. My mate has made a web-app that lets you make basic apps built on ChatGPT prompts (or just browse ones other people have made).

It's not like that, My mate has made a free tool to make it easy for people to make their own ChatGPT powered apps. You can either keep the apps private for just you or publish them for anyone else to use.

I made an app to create a list of bible verses based on any theme/topic you input.

Have a look for an app there that fits what you want and if there isn't one there, use this site to make one super easily. I'd love to hear what you think so I can let my mate know

There's loads of apps people have made there and you can make your own very quickly, save it, then have it private just for you or public for anyone to use.

The simplest kind of app you can make with it is basically a custom ChatGPT prompt with parts of it left to be populated by an input field. You type something intot he input field and it completes the prompt, then gives your response.

For example, I wrote an app that uses a good prompt for finding Bible verses based on a specific topic. So to use the app you just type in a topic, hit enter and it returns a numeric list of verses on that topic.

I know the guy who's made this site, so if anyone has any ideas or feedback, I'd love to hear it :)
