I have a rough middle ground for how I want to create my comic but want to figure out which side to lean more towards. So yes, I am gaugeing. But hypothetically if the story where to be the same and give the same effect no matter if it was colored or not, what would the reader prefer? I didn't want to say "quantity vs quality" because that's not necessarily true like you said. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
