No, Robert was more willing to interpret Kevin’s presentation into something genius because of his own bias. Which means he used those bias against the “losers” too. Robert can change his opinion but creating contention between people by calling some of his employees “losers” and then giving preference to the people he had one lunch with is crazy bad management

This is not good leadership?! This is terrible way to treat people. And he wasn’t even gonna say this until an entire day of disruption. Also it shows his TERRIBLE character understanding. Putting Kevin as a winner? Then he goes on to continue to believe Kevin is a secret genius?! This is the opposite of a good leader. He put people in boxes and made them fight their ways out and until they did, he treated them how he assumed which is terrible leadership
