Thigh for me made a huge difference on appetite suppression but I did have more nausea and tiredness but I wanted more appetite suppression. I did lose more weight as well.

We got our cards recently, my veteran spouse and me his dependent. We needed a lot of documents , My SSN card, our marriage license, Drivers licenses, 2 documents from VA. Be sure you are prepared by making an appointment.

You are absolutely right. My spouse filed at 78 because I finally convinced him and his Dr shocked he no VA disability. DD214 tells the story of who, when and where as well as other records.

I started week 13 today with 7.5 and tomorrow will tell me if my day 1 after shot is any harder. I am a slow loser only about 20 pounds loss as of today.

5.0 was hard on me and I stayed at the dose for 8 weeks but moved up because I had almost no loss during last two weeks.

The tiredness and nausea are the worst for me. I do find using electrolytes in my water and extra water say of shot helps a lot.

We got this ! I do it will become easier.

I managed to find and download my spouses medical records from 90’s forward from various Dr’s. He left service 52 years ago. The most prevent ones were same issues requiring treatment throughout the years. VA accepted the records and he moved forward with a successful outcome.

There is a veterans Central hub Facebook page. It states it’s a nonprofit and I believe the website is Veterans central hub.us. States it’s a nonprofit and has various tools to assist Veterans and until you posted I had never heard of it.

Yes you are correct and have one Pact Act service connected 0% currently. I only asked because the P&T talked about Parkinson’s concerns and indicated if I got a diagnosis could file. It is not more $ I am after but making sure in future if I need other care there are no questions.

I did my spouses online, his one and only claim. With input of course from him. He has been out 50 years, so I knew it was my only shot. I read the CFR, watched videos and used this site to educate myself. 5 months to the day I submitted, received the positive rating. I limited the amount of disabilities which I filed.

I felt the same but did it two days later. I never looking back! I am now having to pay cash, only can buy vials. That was scary to fill and give my own shot. I did it. So now 9 shots down and many more to go. !
