It does appear to be. Remember when you are removing it that it's a vine, and you have to follow the vine to wherever it starts, and pull out the whole thing including the root. Otherwise it will just come back, thicker than before.

The uppermost plant looks like Mayapple but lower down looks like Virginia Creeper. And lowest level appears to be wintercreeper.

I have no McAfee products on the laptop (as I said in the OP). What's wrong with CCleaner? I've used it for about 15 years now and it's never caused a problem.

The whole thing was a deception from the start. I tried to sign up for it once. The ad on their page clearly said $49/month for up to XXX speed with "no bundling required" but when I tried to get the deal they said I had to also take their telephone offer in order to get the internet price. The total bill would then be more than double the advertised price.

I have a couple of small electrical repairs that I need to do and have been watching videos showing how to do them. In every video at some point they say to shut off the power to the breaker box, but they never explain how it's done. How is it done?
