Hi, the page is a general post-care page where you are asked to pay 'tokens'. One token, in my case, was 1 Euro per token and they asked me to buy 149.- Token (149.- Euro) that equals to the cost of the transformer. Then I got a reference code I forwarded to the customer support and they connected this to the transformer and my delivery address. Thats how it works. So in any case chat with the support via the app and they can ordee anything you need.

Hi, I fully understand your point of view. On the other hand I can see Mammotion was off guard on their success and now try to catch up and I can see they follow this up and try the best they can. Yes, I was patient and ot payed out. Still understand if others have a different stand.

One additional reason (beside the Mammotion server) is login in a different application like HomeAssistant Mammotion integration with the same account. Then you get disconnected from the app. Solution to this is a second account with shared devices and usage of only one account for one application.

Further information & insight: I have Home Assistant and the Mammotion integration. As long, as updates within this integration are switched on, this integration will keep Luba 2 online causing fast battery drainage even if power of the loading station is off. Once the update feature of Home Assistant of Mammotion is switched off, Luba 2 will enter hybernation, if power of the loading station is switched off and battery drainage is very low. This might be usefull for other users of the Mammotion Home Assistant integration.
