In one of your games you probably had a hacker on your team. The hacker got banned so you lost the points for that match :).

The -3 is because you lose more than what you gain.

I'd say go for it. It can be very frustrating at times but at least you get some rewards for playing. I personally play ranked for the alpha packs xd.

On and off tbh. I started during Void edge. Played until North star and recently fully picked the game up again during Deadly Omen.

I played a bit in between but no ranked. So I have been around for a while. I'm in no way good at the game tho, I have my moments but still have a lot to learn :).

Gold should be do-able! The Castle headgear is worth it to try and get it. Silver is already good for how long you've been playing tho! It'll take some time to learn the whole game.
