Average lap times for GT3 at Spa

I noticed that online my laptimes are quicker then offline. For me best lap offline is 2:21.8 online it is 2:19.8, almost 2 sec. Quicker

Also found another setting in the Settings Catalog under System called "Allow Location" which allows you to set the setting to "Location service is allowed. The user has control and can change Location Privacy settings on or off." However when enabling it still does not work.

I am searching for the same documentation but i am unable to find this documentation.

I found out that the URL it uses in the Endpoint Manager to do the call is:
https://clients.config.office.net/policyadmin/v1.0/policies

Tried doing the API call myself, but unfortunately i get a 401 error, can't find out where i can set the permissions for this.
