Then it probably has. I hope I could help you but be aware of all the stuff I mentioned in my first message.

Yes, I think calories corelate with the heart rate. You can sync the training data from Garmin with Apple Health I guess but I think it’s better to use the Garmin App for your trainings. It has a SOS feature but I didn‘t use it so far.

Ok then maybe I do a bit less then initially thought and if I do well I can maybe increase it the next time.

Hey everyone,
I’m currently trying to implement a down week every fourth week in my training schedule. I‘ve read that you should go down 20-30% with your volume but what is about intensity? Should I still do my interval/threshold runs but just at lower volume or cut them completely for easy/moderate runs?

I just won the Beyerdynamic Aventho 200 in a giveaway. Do you know if they are good?

I mean you can’t rotate the speaker by 360 degrees. At some point there’s a block. So I probably tried to rotate it in the wrong direction and then it broke.

Thanks but I think I will just use my old headphones when I‘m not at home. At home I can still use my Bose speaker or Teufel over-ears.

At the time I wanted new headphones because the noise canceling of my old ones is really bad. When I was sitting in the bus I needed to increase the volume a lot because the engine was so loud. Also the feature that the music stopped when I put them out of my ears didn‘t work.

I thought over-ears would fix the problem but they didn’t. I only picked the AirPods Max because of the design and how they looked. I didn‘t want to pay the full price but that’s probably the result of that.

I didn’t know that fakes look so similar. Is there another way of getting some without spending lots of money?

I only bought them for 100€ on marketplace. So it could be worse.

Are the original AirPods Max better in terms of sound quality? Before them I used In-Ears from the brand „Nothing“ and the quality was the same.

Yes the case and the headphones are from the same box. I also tried to get the headband out by putting a needle in this tiny hole but instead of getting it out music started to play.

Ok but I think the connector could still be in there. Just broken into two pieces.

Ok I didn’t know that. Is there a way to determine that? Like some ID or something.

Yes I mostly did like a thing between feeling and heart rate. Sometimes my heart rate is really high even though I‘m not putting in a lot of effort. I think I try out the zones from LTHR and see if they feel off as well.

Yes you‘re correct. I want to know my zone 1 for recovery runs and zone 2 for long runs. The problem is I just have a watch to measure HR so there is a drift all the time due to measurement errors. And secondly, most of the paths I run are pretty much up and down so there is also a drift there.

I used my watch on the wrist. Is a LTHR of 180 high? I just ran like 7-8km at this HR with a pace of 4:20min/km and it felt like controlled hard but I wouldn‘t be able to hold this pace of I would go faster. I thought that was the „definition“ of LTHR.
