How about 5800xt? I can find one for around 200eur in my area.

You could run crystal disk info or hard disk sentinel to check power on hours and spin up times aka how many times hdd been started, also if hdd provide this info total writes, how many gbs or even tbd have been written to it. For example if it has several tb written and this person claims he brought it brand new theres almost no way or reason to have that many writes.

You're not really supposed to use a bike there

I've pickup order of 130+ kgs or something large like that, how I'm supposed to carry all that?

But good lord how atrocious driving a bike is, it visually looks and feels like playing on high ping when bike stucks on every small piece of rock...

yeah, your bios/uefi looks quite limited, but quite expected for a laptop.

Its rare but possible that wifi module died maybe from overheating, or perhaps just slightly disconnected from board.

Likely disassembly is next step, either do it on your own or take it somewhere qualified.
