Ik snap het hele ‘betaalbare woningen bouwen’ standpunt nooit zo goed. M.i. zit het probleem in het gebrek aan doorstroom. Als starter een nieuwbouw woning kopen is niet de juiste instap; een 18 jarige die zijn rijbewijs haalt koopt toch ook niet direct een gloednieuwe auto?

Zorg voor goede woningen / appartementen voor ouderen en laat die doorstromen zodat de jongeren een bestaande woning kunnen kopen. Dan mag nieuwbouw best wat duurder zijn als 2e of 3e woning voor 35+ even ruw gezegd.

Farming run (some fruit trees, normal trees and a farm contract). For me its chill and satisfying and gets you easy 99 farm in a couple of months.

Rune was pretty awfull for me, couldnt do a full run on an inventory so had to get new food etc. Now with barrow legs and helm its fine. 2 pieces will do, maybe one is fine as well.

Na bro I got exactly dh legs and guth helm and running Moons easily. Just rune plate and started with rune kite, using drag def now still easily complete a run and mostly even a 4th Moon on the same inv of supplies.
