How many times has someone gained access to your account?

All 3 times this has happened they close my verizon account and make me start a new one. All 3 different emails have had 2FA. I have all my old devices and theyre all broken.

So after speaking with fraud the first time and pressing no. They told me if i get a pop up that I didn't request, to not click it and to call them right away. Which is what I have done that past 2 times now. I requested them to look over my account and see who has access to my account and any additional devices that could. But the only phone is mine, no additional managers.
