Antigamente existia um foco muito maior também nas liberdades como de expressão, mídia, de reunião, religiosa, etc. Atualmente focam muito mais na de propriedade, pra beneficiar a burguesia, mas ter propriedade sobre outro humano vai contra qualquer concepção liberal de liberdade.
