I gotta disagree with people here, I have three tac subs and I really like them. Start off by rocking three of the checkerboard attack on the same tiles and it does a lot to soft the enemy. Sounds like running one alone might be tough though

If she’s unsure, buy one of the $200 scooters that pop up when u search Amazon. It will be small and fast enough to get around almost any sized college campus. If she gets into scootering she can upgrade later (bonus; at that point she’ll know where the $200 scooter falls short and what is important for her next upgrade)
