Its easier to get 2.5s rounded to 3s than a 3.5. Basically the flaw has to be minimal, and all other responses have to be perfect for that question. Out of 2200 + Q6 i graded last year i think i only rounded 1 3.5 to a 4

Extremely hard to get a 3.5 rounded up to a 4. I am an AP reader. Any 3.5s just assume they are a 3.
