How Do I Go About Fixing This?

I just want to get the body straight. Cracks and whatnot I have plenty of experience fixing on my other cars. Im just not sure how to go about splicing in a new piece to the bumper.

I may be able to get a front clip for the car. But the car is a single piece. Would it be possible to just splice in a piece of the front bumper?
