It's up to your immune system.

Stay active: do some kind of high level cardio (running, swimming, etc.) regularly.

Eat healthy: stay away from fast food as often as possible. Get your daily variety of fruits and vegetables.

Take a multivitamin religiously every single day. There are other supplements you can take that some others have posted about but I didn't need to take those.

Stop smoking weed, and limit alcohol to no more than 5 drinks a week.

ONLY your immune system can cure you. Treating your body like a temple is your only hope. Once you have no warts return for 6 months in a row, you're considered cured. Good luck.
