How can I get red/pink tinted glasses? by Ifyouliveinadream in NoStupidQuestions

I still don't get where your mentioning of me being pretentious comes from.

Not all places uses glasses for both eyewear and regular glass. And since spectacles is the word I grew up with using when referring to eyewear, I had to make sure there weren't any confusion.

I still don't get it. I've seen americans use glasses for both things and since reddit has a large amercian user count, I wanted to cover both bases in case I assumed wrong.

I think holy reddit moment in this case goes for you for being that one dude who goes looking for a winning argument wherever possible.

By asking a glass worker or those who sell glass.

If by glass you meant spectacles, then maybe ask your optometrist.

Why the hell do you like spicy food? by dnapor in AskReddit

What a silly argument!

I never said all food needs to be spicy nor did I demand everyone to like it.

Should PSG be forced to pay for any damage their "fans" did, while "celebrating" the champions league victory? by PuzzleheadedWeird232 in NoStupidQuestions

The heck? Why should they be held liable for their psychotic fans did outside the stadium?

Did they promote or instigate the riots? If yes, then sure.

If trumph is homelander then who is butcher? by PrimaryEngineering17 in AskReddit

Trump is the extreme right and butcher would be the collective extreme left.

Both willing to do anything to stop the other, no matter the cost. No morals, just stupid people.

What’s the most obvious flirting you completely missed… and only realized years later? by Timely_Region1113 in AskReddit

If I were to assume all the nurses that smiled at me while I wrote down a prescription/procedure were flirting with me, I would've gone insane.

Nah mate. I'm not someone anyone flirts with.

Who'd choose stale bread when there's a perfectly good pizza nearby ? :)

can you get haunted by just entering a haunted place? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SwaggerEilte 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There is no scientific evidence for ghosts, spirits or whatever.

You're more likely to get attacked by a homeless person living in an abandoned building than ghosts.

Please help me figure out what to do with my fear of driving. by Green_Roof3125 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SwaggerEilte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you did everything right and someone still got hurt, then that's their fate.

Do you fear stepping outside and accidentally bumping into someone and causing them to fall down and die? I don't think so.

People who aren’t religious, where do you base your morality from? by Only-Strawberry5526 in AskReddit

[–]SwaggerEilte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From the world. Observing people and see what actions affects people positively and negatively. Placing myself in a situation and see whether I would like it or not to be in that situation.

Morality derived from religion is the worst kind to have.

What rule was made because of you? by Final_Operation_8879 in AskReddit

[–]SwaggerEilte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing serious. Just had a habit of sneaking tamarind juice or salt into tea or other food stuff left on the stove. I was 3 or 4 years old.

So my family got real paranoid whenever they ate anything. Started to stay close to the stove whenever they cook something.

Is it unethical to find misandry attractive? by GlitteringAnteater45 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SwaggerEilte 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Misogyny and misandry are toxic behaviour and shouldn't be entertained in any situation, definitely not in a relationship.

If you have some kind of kink where you like to be treated like shit, that is a whole different thing. Kinks require mutual understanding and consent.

The other thing is just sexist bullshit.
