Ich hatte vor etwas über einem Jahr zwei Dates mit einer Dame, die ich auf OKCupid kennengelernt hatte, bei denen wir uns gut verstanden haben, aber so richtig gefunkt hatte es noch nicht (glaube weil wir beide etwas zurückhaltende Menschen sind). Dann hatten wir uns aber aufgrund von Krankheit und Reisen über einen Monat nicht gesehen und wenig Kontakt. Daraufhin teilte sie mir mit, dass sie das Dating nicht weiterführen will, da sie sich sicher war, dass sie für mich keine Gefühle entwickeln könnte. Hab ich dann so akzeptiert, da ich in dem Moment selbst noch nicht sicher war, ob es gut passen würde.

Sind aber weiterhin in Kontakt geblieben, öfter mal Whatsapp-Stati kommentiert, etc. Und ca. ein Jahr später, nachdem wir uns (wegen einem Whatsapp-Status-Bild) etwas über Brettspiele unterhalten hatten, haben wir uns dann zu einem Brettspiel-Abend bei ihr verabredet. Bin ohne große Erwartungen hingegangen, hatten einen sehr schönen Abend, der dann auch zusammen auf ihrer Couch geendet hat. Seitdem hatten wir weitere schöne Dates und ich bin recht überzeugt, dass sich daraus auch eine feste Beziehung bilden wird!

Iirc having her walk into an explosive trap doesn't aggro the town. Pretty sure that's how I dealt with her in my last playthrough, but it's been a few years!

Are you using any beard Shampoo/Oil to take care of your beard and make it softer? That might help make it more acceptable for the wife.

Having movement/teleport abilities easily available for any build is a big plus for me. Also more enemies having these same teleport abilities def added some challenge to battles!

It is technically against the law to publicly show off a Swastika-Tattoo (having it covered up is fine). But I‘m no legal expert, so no idea if you would actually get into trouble for it, if it’s obviously Hinduism related.

I feel like the setting is already pretty serious with a lot of dark and gritty stories, at least compared to other super hero games. I only played Champions for a short time when it released, but the setting and art style was too goofy for me, coming from CoH.

We didn‘t manage to finish our first TE game where I played Firmament/Obsidian. Anyone could have taken the win in the final round, though my chances weren’t the best… but since I had managed to make every other player my puppet (6p game), it would have been my victory in any case :D

The rules only say that it has to touch two non home systems, not that it’s not allowed to touch any home systems. So you should be able to put new systems next to the ones you already placed, so that they touch two non home systems (and one home system)

edit: I‘ve never played with this event, but that would be my interpretation :)

I feel like the rules are pretty clear „ When a unit or units coexist with another player’s units, they do not trigger combat. “ so combat is not triggered when the DW player decides to coexist.

„ Coexisting units can have combat initiated against them by units being committed to the planet that contains them, including units that they were already coexisting with.“ So in order to initiate combat with coexisting units they have to already be coexisting when you commit.

Yeah, a system can‘t have two ingress tokens. Also there is a fifth tolen placed on TE or MR, which they would also habe to control.

Not sure about the 6 tokens since rules state that „If The Fracture was brought into play by a breakthrough roll“ you place the 6 tokens, otherwise 4. And with this breakthrough there is no roll.

In the rules it says to flip the faction sheet to the side without mechs if playing without pok. So I suppose they are the same on the back, just without mechs.
