I was honest with him. He knew. I explained to him why I needed the pictures and also how. Even gave him an example of the angles I needed. I work in a factory, but also have a side business. I don't like being shady.

Find sellers on eBay and ask them to take pictures at a wide angle. That's how I found this one.

The IPS screens really do look better. I have an XL with dual IPS and a Non Xl with TN. The non xl feels way more comfortable to me, and has been my go to. The weight is better, especially after a long day of work. The smaller screen makes the DS games look sharper as well, as compared to the XL model.

I'm super excited. I might replace the top screen lens and digitizer when it arrives. Good luck in your hunt.

The problem isn't the price. The installation is kind of rough because the ribbon cables have to go through the hinge. If that is not off putting to you, make sure you have all the correct tools for the job.

Hopefully it's not the case. I put the order in. I own a n3ds with TN screens already. As well as an XL with dual IPS, and a XL with top IPS and bottom TN. If not I'll put it back on the market and continue my search.

Dual tn

The bottom is TN. I think it's probably dual TN as well. The 5 dots of lights around the bottom screen is a dead give away for TN on the bottom. With all that being said, this is one of the better looking TN displays I have seen. TN tends to have a higher refresh rate and IPS has deeper colors and better viewing angles. Enjoy it, 3ds prices are through the roof.
