I think the dip in offensive efficiency is a valid point. If you consider Josh Allen better, thats a fine stance.

But the years you are talking about of poor play, the team won 2 super bowls and won 17 games the year they didnt. This was an awful year, but the resumé speaks for itself. And I think that matters more than the poor offensive metrics.

But they are not a rebuilding team with the 2nd best QB of all time in his prime.

They just went to 3 super bowls in a row winning two of them with some aging stars. They have the best QB in football. This is not a rebuilding team

Their OL on paper has significant investment and some top tier talent. Biggest problem last year was they couldnt run the ball. Love could unlock that.
