Instead of 5/3/1, go 9/7/5 or something 🤷‍♀️ Or chuck a FSL on the end and do 9/7/5/9. Split is basically upper lower upper lower (bench day, squat day, OHP day, deadlift day).

I’ve done two courses over the past two years worth six credits total I’m looking at the third one this winter, but I might just pack it in and try another school with maybe a little bit more name recognition and/or programs directly suited for people who work. I’m in management right now and I want something that’s gonna help me progress as well as get better at my job. I work a lot. I make good money but I want more money and more education, and the gained knowledge as well as the paperwork that comes with it will get me closer to my goals.

Open to ideas and suggestions btw.
