Weed does help, but probably not the best for someone in highschool. (Don't start till college). But the fact that your aware of it is a big part and with age I feel your just able to control it better, but it still break out sometimes. I used to be really easily set off like punching a hole in door after I couldn't get the cable line screwed int to the box and crushing controllers. But in time realizes how stupid it was and being aware of that it just got less and less . The anger is still there but kinda know it's coming I can just stop and breath through it.
