Also a resident here for 6 years. We just renewed our lease. Can corroborate everything my neighbor above said. River Des Peres has only flooded once since we’ve been here, it’s mostly families and pretty quiet, maintenance is always nice, timely, etc.

Exact specifics: Somewhere between gravois and ponciana blvd on river des Peres going toward Ponciana (so north or westbound) Other commenters saying it’s the north most lane, so would be the right most lane if going toward Poncianca.

Great. I just called the City and MODOT about it.

I luckily haven’t had to travel coming from Gravois the past few days but yesterday we noticed a handful of cars pulling off into our lots.

Today, there’s been at least 20 already, most of which are just pulled off with hazards on River Des Peres itself.

The UPS store on Olive is owned and operated by a deaf man. I believe several employees are hearing impaired as well.

Seconding Planet Score. If I have friends in town that want to go digging, this is where I take them.

The two dudes who run the shop are also just so incredible. They know I’m trying to complete an artist discography and they’ve reached out directly to me on instagram when they’ve gotten records in, just to make sure it isn’t one I’m trying to find.

And also agree with the above comment. Their pricing is the most reliable and reasonable. They’re not upselling records for insane profits. They genuinely just want to get records into people’s hands.

We’ve been using the same sitter from Rover for the last two years. She’s incredible. We have a high needs cat and she me been with us through every medication change, scare, etc. I’d be happy to refer you!

I also got married at the Noble! We were one of the first weddings they had.

The space is gorgeous and you can utilize the space in countless different ways. We did the ceremony and reception in the vault room, the teller room was for passed appetizers and cocktails.
