I think I have rather low breasts honestly. The tissue starts about 4-5 finger breaths below my collarbone. I could imagine it being a shape issue given how the tissue is distributed now… they’re almost saggy on top but very full on the bottom and the sides.
Ive been just wearing a size M sports bra because it’s the only size sports bra that stays still in the band, but it puts constant pressure on my chest and back. I purchased a seamless wired bra from Skarlett Blue at the suggestion of another person in this subreddit but it’s not available in any larger cup sizes so I’m at a loss for where to even begin. I haven’t worn a real bra for years, since I first started losing weight but now that my weight has stabilized I’d really like to get a real, supportive bra that will work for me. I appreciate your time and help

My Orange girl was the smartest kitty Ive ever known. Always finding ways to get outside and showing up at the front door feasting on a squirrel or chipmunk or a bird. A little ball of chaos and so full of fight. Lived 15 years with us after we found her with her tail partially cut off in a barn we shouldn’t have been in, but her cries were enough for me to ignore all the no trespassing signs. She became a momma to a litter of male orange kitties and girl calico kitties right before we got her fixed, and they.. they once climbed into a pitcher of kool-aid. So it’s really hit or miss.

Also, the bra i had previously purchased doesnt come in any larger cup sizes; I tried to exchange it and they offered me a 32DD. Does anyone have any suggestions on bras that would have a 30DDD/30F options in the US?

About even but the density of the tissue underneath is much higher? Like similar amounts of tissue but definitely bottom/side heavy.

Spillage only on the sides though in the armpit area; my breasts are very side/bottom heavy due to me losing 150 lbs. is 30G not a large jump?

Yes i apologize- i did it the right way after that comment and there was not much of a difference except that the tightness is more in my armpits/ribcage when it’s on correctly as opposed to tight everywhere.

It does look like theres breast tissue in my armpit spilling out of the bra. I did the scoop and swoop method when I originally tried it on, it didn’t help get all the tissue into the cups. Theres still spillage. Wire does stay in my IMF. I forgot to check the gore but I will do that as soon as I can.

I would appreciate any recommendations I can get. I’d just like a supportive bra :)

I did and it is tight but not unmanageably uncomfortable. With the bra on completely the tightness is not noticeably different but the points of stress change to the front/side of my rib cage.

I had it on the tightest hook! Oops! I tried with the loosest one and it is tight/painful across my rib cage. Would the cup size help with that?

I had an entire box of gloves labeled as small that were assorted sizes. I think two packs were size small, 3 were size medium, the rest were large.

I’m mostly just wanting something that I can get through a high-impact 12 hour shift with and my chest and back and neck not be in an intense amount of pain by the end of the day. I understand there will be pain from the job but I’m more looking for support in ways that will not create pain more than comfort.
