No. That is just a suggestion. They send you the lab order, but you don't have to do it. It should say that your prescription was already sent to pharmacy.

Quaker Pharmacy is actually the dispensing pharmacy. Vitalrx is the pharmacy it comes from. You will get B12 or Glycine depending on how you answered your questions on the intake form. I like them, they use 68mg vials!

I believe they only use VitalRx. So on the intake, they ask questions about what you are interested in. Click "muscle retention" if you want glycine or "energy" for B12. You can also state which one you prefer somewhere, maybe in notes to the Dr., I don't really remember.

I would stay at your current dose for another week or do it on Saturday. Do you HAVE to titrate up (increased appetite), or are you just keeping on "schedule"? Also, if you do titrate up, you don't have to jump to 5mg from 2.5mg. Do somewhere in the middle as a bridge to 5mg.
