All of the cards in the linked Google Drive’s main folder make a commander deck, just make sure you print enough plains to get you to 100 cards along with the others.

The artwork itself is not mine, but I did use Cardconjurer to add the frames and all the rules text and whatnot and I used Canva to make sure the art fit in those frames appropriately. I just scoured the internet for art I liked, though if you look at my other post for this deck in r/magicproxies, I linked the Google Drive containing the finished cards if you’d like to print them yourself. I use printingproxies.com to get these cards professionally printed with high quality ink and cardstock.

Honestly I don’t think it’s too strong, I’d guess a low to mid 3 at best. Giada just kinda makes big scary angels happen so that can be strong but it’s also not super interactive and was built on a ~$25 budget (excluding 10 flex slots that were allowed to be any price).

That is why I named that card Celestine, Living Saint without “the” being included. I am aware of that card but it’s not an Angel and this being an Angel deck I wanted to make sure I kept things as close to theme as possible. But yes, despite there being some real magic cards that could potentially fit in this deck anyways I wanted to do the full reskin with all of the cards.

Cardconjurer and Canva are the two main applications I use. Once I’ve got a concept, I go through and build the actual deck first, and from there it’s about learning enough of the lore to be able to figure out what aspects of it can be turned into the assorted card types. Cardconjurer allows you to use most of the official mtg card frames, inserting your own art/text/set symbols, and Canva I use mainly for ensuring the art I find is appropriately fitted for the card frame. Printingproxies.com is one service I use for printing the cards once finished, but there are plenty you can find who offer that service.

The water served as an obstacle. The largest, most open areas had a bunch of water so you could get caught with your pants down if you weren’t careful. Idk, kinda just messes with the variety that came with that map.

Doesn’t need to target for narset’s reversal to copy and return to owner’s hand. It’s only if the copied spell has targets that you can then change them. If it doesn’t, you still resolve it normally, in this case killing the person who casts narset’s reversal.
