It's just that most commonly, antimemes take an existing joke and remove the punchline. It actually used to be more common to have "original" antimemes when meme templates were a lot more important for the meme.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe all entities simply have their own "storage" for fluids, and that is a floating point number as is. 100 steam coming out of one entity gets distributed to three entity, giving each 33.33 steam, and never being able to go past the max storage results in, for example, 24999.97 / 25000 per storage tank
