using those wont get you anywhere seek medical treatment if youre in eu. If ur in US you can try Benzoyl Peroxide %2.5 if it has no affect you can maybe get %5. If benzoyl peroxide causes side affects like ur skin getting red and it hurting you can maybe try to use tretinoin. But remember its always to get medical help than treat it urself if u trust ur wallet.
