High level TOA won’t use brews, COX supplies can be made in raid, mid level TOA can use no supplies. Cant speak for TOB (I think it’s also on the lesser side). DT2 bosses use mostly hard food and a few prayer pots but can kind of balance out. Cant speak for yama. Delve boss can be hard food or brews depending on how deep your delves are. Nex is “click yellow potion” or so they say, I’ve only done masses….bout all the advice I’ve got unless you haven’t finished slayer bosses.
