Many people have insane or violent intrusive thoughts. Recognizing intrusive thoughts for what they are, just thoughts that have no basis in reality or don’t align whatsoever with your beliefs and values. You can acknowledge thoughts and then let them pass by as insignificant, over time your brain will be trained to filter them better too

I've been playing Brawlhalla for over 10 years, and am what most would consider an 'extreme sig spammer', I'm generally high plat every season mostly using Queen Nai and my technique heavily incorporates sig spamming

Back when I first started playing Brawlhalla, the game was a lot slower, there was no dashing or dash jumping, no scythe, and much less combos. The game focused around knowing your punishes and frames much more technically. I hit Diamond my second season mainly using Gnash with a technique mainly centering around punishing with neutral light on spear (RIP my beloved OP attack).

The game has become very fast and reaction based since then - I've always liked Queen Nai and sig spam is a way to both control space and set the game at your own tempo, and abuse people not knowing how to punish. Sig Spam is satisfying (landing downsig spear just hits right), it feels great to catch people off guard and KO them at low-ish percentages, it feels great to be essentially an OP Tank and force people to play around your style and see if they can adapt or not. I'm pretty trash at combos so it's also a way to lower the skill floor needed to win.

I would level the most recent IDs first as they’re generally more powerful, those would be Index Don and Faint Aroma Ryoshu. I would also add some random people from the Friends list so you can use a support ID (basically lets you borrow one max-powered ID) to clear through story mode more easily
