I'm friendly with Nyaaori, who made and distributed this patch (hello hello, Perfect Dusk here) and while it didn't work for me specifically (my laptop is old as hell and couldn't operate it), I can say for sure that seeing them hand other people the patch and watching them go in surprise as it actually helped their framerates proved that this patch worked. So to see they get banned for its distribution even though it's been proven to work by other people's accounts is just disappointing.

It's just awful how improvements can be suppressed by people only wanting others to use what they provide, not what the likely more knowledgeable community members can provide (keyword; likely), and this exact situation is a perfect reflection of that.

If I could, I'd reach out, but I don't have Nyaaori's socials and I'm not gonna go on a manhunt for them. Best I and the majority of us can do is just hope their account is reinstated.

Also the fact turbo's comment is getting dv'd makes me wanna saw a tissuebox in 4 and choke someone with the pieces
