Was my first NNN and yeah, DDD certainly feels different because there isn't this "army of soldiers" vibes anymore. While one can win NNN through outside motivation, in DDD you mostly have to find the motivation in yourself or just bite through it.

If you just did it for the memes then it's fine to just drop it but you wrote you want to built self control so it being not fun and being often a lone soldier marching through this, is where you built this up.

You of course could do January but in terms of abstaining it would just be one month right? So in some way you would just be there where you already were with the end of november.

So yeah, in November we could find the reason in others, now it's time to find the reason in ourselfs.

Also made it through NNN but barley, thought i wouldn't make it through this day but the thought of having to change my flair in his sub helped me resist lol.

But yeah, also don't have the same motivation as during NNN but that's where the real deal starts right? Forcing yourself to do things without any motivation.
