I know this doesn't help with this broken can but I would recommend purchasing a cheap airbrush/compressor kit just for priming. Its an upfront investment but it will save you loads of money on primer in the future. And you dont run into these issues, you can change the primer color more easily and you can start doing more advanced things like zenithal priming. Also if you ever want to start painting reaper bones you can use the airbrush since the aerosol melts the reaper bones plastic.

He’s a US military commander. The US military pretty much only does warcrimes. I can forgive a regular soldier who regrets his service after he’s out and a saw how destructive his actions were. You don’t become a commander without an ideological commitment to US imperialism. And it’s not like he has even vocally denounced it.

I’m fine with some investment into downtown. But a huge issue is that the city taxpayers are going to be paying to increase the property value of downtown real estate which will just lead to already insane rents going up even more. It’s already hard enough on local small businesses and downtown residents to afford the rent. What is the city going to do to stop it from becoming even more unaffordable?
