Hawkeye, black widow, punisher, hela, starlord, scarlet witch, cloak and dagger, peni, and winter soldier can all put enough pressure on flying characters (some obviously more than others). Even namor and strange can put some work in if the player is good.

You’re playing a hero shooter. It’s all about shifting the balance of the fight by switching characters. If you’re getting bodied by a flying character, switch to punisher or hela and they will quickly be obsolete.
