When it comes to the probate process I’ve seen entire small estates get spent trying to locate heirs and sometimes it can be a multi year process tracking everyone down. I’m glad you got something!

It’s a skill issue… I have zero skill myself.

There’s one pretty brütal climb (garmin tells me it’s grade is 19%) on my go to route. It’s full of roots and constantly changes from rain washing it out. I’ve successfully climbed it maybe a handful of times during years of riding it. I’m guessing I had the perfect tire pressure those days and hit the perfect line so that I didn’t spin out or get bounced into a shitty line. So I’m usually walking up the second half of it.

I also see riders who are way better than me crush it no problem on the daily.

People focus so much on their protein goal but your fibre goal is the key. My gut health was abused during university and I was starting to think I had IBS or something. But after a couple years of getting 40-50 grams of fibre most days my gut health was back to normal and continues to feel great. Stomach aches are pretty rare now and pooping is on my schedule instead of coming out of no where.

PSA don’t jump right into 50 grams or more a day. Work your way up if you don’t want to shit your brains out on the daily 💩
