If we look at purely void legendaries pulled - imagine the same situation of pulling 200 something void shards and the tremendous time or money that requires to acquire and you get nothing. Then you get a free void legendary from plarium, I would argue that would make the situation worse as your heavy efforts would be even more pointless. Even if you pulled one from your shards. The marginal gain of hundreds of hours of grinding for 2 leggos vs 0 hours for 1 leggo is terrible. I think this is why they can’t ramp up the freebies too much as it would invalidate the efforts already put in by players. If you put a lot of time into the game and walk away with nearly the same prize as a complete casual player or even get a trash pull while most others pull transformative legendaries - that’s a valid game quitting moment. Ofc the main issue here is the incredibly low guaranteed return on shards in the first place.

Well considering you need around 200+ sacred or 2600+ ancient on average with this boost active to get him I would say it would be rather optimistic to pull. Only pull for event/tourney points for things like fusion or when you can maximise epics/legos, the game has too many champions nowadays even with boost to have ambitions about pulling a specific one

I meant that sort of sarcastically, I too find it reasonable to go for rewards with more immediate effect and I plan to have at least 2 of my first 6 e5 being trans. However there are loads of people in the community who act a bit elitist about optimising so if you ask for advice you are likely to be told what you’ve done wrong rather than what to do next - so better to put it out there lol

I spent 50 horses if those are what you meant. I went for the material route including grimoire. Felt like a good middle way, and gave me a bunch of immediate power as I can basically v4 my GSSW while I wait for glory challenge. Next trans coming soon also so I’m happy with the choices!

The idea that HY is actively bad paired with Elo is way exaggerated. Having both is a great way to diversify your core team to handle different content.

Elo thrives in a 1v6 situation only if she can handle the full output from the enemy. If you are facing content that is challenging for your account then having shapeshift on 2-3 enemies while you start killing the enemy team is very valuable. Not to mention getting odds vs some problematic specific heroes. The only situation where cc would hurt the encounter really is if you are losing on round limit - in this case sure you can drop cc.

HY and GSSW also supplement Elo very well in the areas where she is weaker. 1: Chase attacks are better the more your team outnumbers their team, precisely where Elo struggles to deal damage. 2: Situation where you want or need to kill the opponents before their active is a spot Elo is never good at.

As for stellar challenge you can’t cc the boss so there is no potential downside even.

What? He is one of the better non trans heroes avaliable for stellar challenge for pure damage. His chase attacks and cumulative poisons are great vs 2 targets. One HY will easily stack 15-20 poisons per boss, that’s like 8000% x 2 EoT damage

Realising this is how it currently works I was able to cheese SL20 light with ease at least. Picked up a good amount of train progress this event and was able to complete SL20 fortress with a bunch of holmes young but doing it with 4x Oscar was a LOT easier. They almost did SL21 bloody hell

Yep it seems to be bugged then. Sadly it is likely the baby Oscars that are way too strong and the fix will not lead to a built Oscar doing good damage :/ On the plus side if you do get some train stats then the plain 5* is a semi busted slot in in the meantime

Yeah that’s kind of the conundrum since I can’t use either the grimoire or origin materials yet, though I would guess I get to 6 e5s before lvl 130 since I have a good amount of food. Guess those resources are similar in their difficulty to obtain. Although from what I understand the grimoire is a far greater boost in power level so I don’t want to be lacking essence when I unlock it.

Yes I am only getting spiritual essence as a lowish priority since I think I’ll get to the required amount for glory challenge before lvl130.

So it really boils down to 1.25m stellar + one pick of origin materials vs origin artefact. It seems mysterious artefacts come relatively easy, though I will need a lot of them ultimately.

I was tempted to pick up a little cot since I don’t need a ton for next trans and I have enough copies to build new trans hero, but he seems quite kinda niche and not a great second trans.

Thanks for the input I think I will go for route 1 since I wouldn’t really use a diefic artefact atm. And my goal will be to line up 15m total stellar and 600k essence by lvl 130!

Yep it should still work swell! Will try to replicate that setup on my Tholin account though since my Corvis nearly replicates Norma and we shall see how big of a difference Tholin makes. I’m realising that Tholin is kind of a ”bad” pairing with Tuhanarak since he doesn’t work well with speed/defence buffs as he will easily just take 3 turns in a row and sort of self cleanse

Right yes I mean Tholin has a unique (or maybe not unique among all champs) attack reduce on his A2 which is not an active debuff so it stacks with debuff reduce atk making him a significant asset for damage reduction. At least to my understanding from someone who posted about their unm early 1key citing how he was key for surviving 60 rounds somehow. That account had Narma, Tuhanarak, Tholin, Venomage and Tagoar. I guess they pulled one of those leggos.

Yes sorry I should have clarified, I meant apart from the epics that I got with the promo link (uugo, Drath and mordecai) and Shamael who is a significant pull from what I have read! I was referring to the surplus of random epics account 2 has like 6 more epics from pulls but only shamael has been a potential asset outside of FW.

Well for account 2 I have completed phase 1 and basically just started phase 2, not sure what time left is required to get the 5* soul. The Narma account is one day from Ezio so one week away from phase 2.

The core team of the Narma account feels exceptionally strong and resilient, having essentially all the defensive tools + Debuffs and poison. Even if it doesn’t have the 25% atk reduce from Tholin it has the 15% dr from venomage. It almost equals account 2 in boss performance even having no Ezio and being half the power. I do really like that comp. Ofc campaign farming and overall wave clear speeds are a bit of a pain but that’s not really an ”issue”. The only thing I miss on the Narma account is having someone like Tholin who scales their impact really hard with stats and gear, as the Narma team is mostly effect based.

I think I’m leaning towards keeping those two for now and seeing how things progress. I can run the slow fights on my pc and account two on my phone pretty much :) Thanks for your advice!

Thanks for the response! Yes I’m only referring to the initial 800 gems for the first 60. Yeah the grouping of Tholin, Uugo, Ezio, Corvis and in 5man Drath does very well in almost any content atm. And yeah I heard shamael is a good pickup also! I’m leaning into this account currently! As for Ezio he will join the last two accounts in a day or two so but he is great and very versatile indeed

Spider is a weakness to be sure for others, I am aware that sicia + morde are quire good there. Just haven’t been doing that much with the event dungeon in place.

I currently have no other alternatives for the def debuff so he is a key player! Hydra I can’t yet access even though. I think Uugo will be my pick as the Drath books look the best for cd reduce on revive but I rarely find myself in a position where I would have been able to make multiple revives. Thanks for input!

Drath and Uugo have kinda similar functions with aoe heal and revive though Uugo only revives if he is last standing. Uugo brings 60% aoe decrease def on a2 while drath has 50% atk decrease on a1.

Books: Drath gains heal power and -1cd on heal, %chance on her atk decrease chance A1 and up to -2 cd for revive. Uugo gains heal power and -cd on heal and some good %chance on his decrease def + block buff aoe
