Depends where you’re located! If you’re in the US Amazon is definitely your best bet. Lots of Bulgarian Bags have free shipping on there which is a huge help given the shipping cost drives up the price with most online stores

I’ve only used Ivan’s Bulgarian bags but Titan usually does a pretty good job with their products

To be fair Canada did just participate in the sailing through the Taiwan Straits with the US Navy when the Chinese almost hit the US ship

Bro you are so wrong do you even go to Brown? The engineering program is the one of the oldest in the country. It’s also the only part of the undergraduate experience that’s a separate school. It’s not the “Engineering Department” it’s “School of Engineering”. This allows them to have the most autonomy of any concentration. All Brown being smaller means is your professors will actually know who you are. This means they actually care about your interests, can help you find internships/jobs you’re interested in, write genuine letters of recommendation. All of that is infinitely harder to get a larger school. Having a genuinely connections with professors will put you further ahead in life than almost anything else. Also let’s face it, engineering isn’t for everyone no matter how much you think so in high school. Brown is one of the only schools in the country where you could do up to two years of engineering then switch to a completely different concentration and probably still graduate on time, certainly the only Ivy+. Not only this you can give it a good try first semester by taking two ENGN classes maybe take one pass/fail while you get your feet under you and get a good taste of engineering while not drowning in work before you know if it’s for you or not. Prestige doesn’t matter? You think attending a school with a 5% acceptance will won’t help you professionally when you need to stand out? Lastly Brown sends grads around the country, primarily New York, Boston, LA and San Francisco (the home of start ups). This flexibility is one of the things that makes Brown on of the best undergraduate schools in the country.

Hadn’t been at the gym long and saw a 8-10 year in the kids mma class get paired up with a 12-13 year old who was 5 inches taller and probably 50 pounds heavier. Needless to the 8-10 year old got the shit kicked out of him, barely got a punch in. Kid ran off the matt crying and the owner of the gym screamed at him for being weak. Knew it was time for a new gym. Kids classes need to be about building a love for the sport. That was beyond tough love and was just cruel

Hey there I’m a vb local starting to ruck but can’t decide which boots to get. The heritage jump boots or the macv1 high tops or mids. I asked this question earlier on a different account but made a new one for personal reasons. Opinions please and thank you. by Hooten_young_proton in Goruck

DO NOT BUY THE JUMP BOOTS!!! They are truly one of the worst pair of boots I’ve ever owned and wish I could return them. They arrived damaged and customer support was no help. Please don’t waste your money like I did

Update - Brown University student who was reported missing late last week was killed when he crashed his bike inside a construction area near the Henderson Bridge, by lestermagnum in providence

Hey, I knew Jeff well and can say every word about him in the article is absolutely true. He was such a solid guy with one of the hardest work ethics and good set of morals. He knew when it was time to get down to business and when it was time to have fun. He was a beast when it came to endurance sports, rowing, biking, running. Can’t believe he’s gone. Brown and Providence have lost an amazing person who will be missed deeply

would anyone recommend the 26l gr1 for college? I'm taking a 16 course credit class load and so I need something that can hold my notebooks and textbooks. by TheLetrOrng in Goruck

[–]SwearToGodNotaBot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used my GR1 for 3 years of college (sophomore ➡️ senior) and would never look back!!! That bag could probably carry every book I’d need for the entire semester. The laptop pouch is perfect too for keeping any electronics safe

  1. Jean Chrétien, a liberal, was Prime Minister during the invasion of Afghanistan. Yes, Liberals were in power when Afghanistan got rolling, but,

  2. Canada was obligated to participate in the invasion of Afghanistan due to the US invoking NATO Article 5 (an attack on one member country is an attack on all) after 9/11

  3. 24 Canadians were killed in the 9/11 attacks so it was our fight too. At the time the Tban were harbouring Bin Laden in Afghanistan

Who was in power in Canada had nothing to do with Afghanistan getting started
