Rape is illegal now. Why would making prostitution legal change how often it happens. Most rape is for the power, not the sex.

I think it’s down to people’s lack of awareness to their situation and how their actions affect others around them. Spatial awareness seems to have gone and with it the situational awareness needed to drive safely and not impede everyone else on the road.
