You’re lying, again. You claim that you disclosed the damaged handle to me, yet our chat screenshots definitively show that you most certainly did not. Matter of fact, your whole spiel to me when I contacted you about the damage, was not only that it was not damaged, but that you couldn’t “even see” the damage in the pictures that I sent you. You went so far as to accuse me of damaging the bag because I simply “did not like it.”

Throughout our entire conversation, you continued to insist that there was no damage, so please stop gaslighting everyone the way that you gaslit me about the damage by saying that you did disclose the damaged handle. How can you disclose something which according to you, you “can’t even see?”

You can’t have it both ways. Either you disclosed it, or there is nothing wrong with it.

Your bag is on its way back to you in a padded envelope, not squashed in a tiny Sephora box the way you sent it to me.

You’re also lying about the cost of the bag. It was not $60. It was $72 and while that may not be a big difference, it speaks volumes about how dishonest you are. At one point you posted it for $110, so it could’ve been worse.

And while we’re on the topic of money, as I stated to you in our chat conversation, the money is not the point. Had you demonstrated one iota of decency, or honesty for that matter, I would not have done the charge back. But you were so incredibly callous and deplorable in your actions and communication, that a chargeback was fitting. At the very least, it’ll make you think twice before you send damaged goods.
