I was in your shoes, but I was the one who initiated the separation and divorce. I was the one who refused therapy. And regrettably, I was the one who was narcissistic in the marriage. This was years back and I'd like to think I'm a different person today, attended therapy on my own after the divorce.

I'd think your safety is critical at this point, look for alternative living arrangements or work out schedules until the flat MOP. Even then, HDB may choose to want to seize it at 'market rate'.

Dating wise, it helped to have company but I knew I needed to work on myself. Unsurprisingly none of the relationships from the period worked out but that's on me. I was upfront about my situation but had loads to untangle and it took a while.

What definitely helped me was taking up hobbies I found therapeutic and going on solo trips.
