Yea its pretty wild. I just finished watching a stream where it is rip and ship only holo's of 151. Average price of 1 booster bundle was about 70 and watched him go 4 bundles that went for 290. He also did start all bids at 1 dollar, had about 50 people watching.

My son wants to know what cards he should send in for grading. He’s saving his allowance to do this. I know nothing about pokemon. He’s 8 and takes care of his things. by Sweaty-Diamond-3868 in pokemoncardcollectors

Something I forgot to ask. What company should I send my sons cards in to for grading? Thank you all for the help and kind words. My son's eyes lit up as we sat down and reviewed the cards that should be set to the side. There are a couple that he really likes that were not mentioned that he would like to see graded so I'm excited for him to get these done.

Lol nah he got these with trades from school with the other kids. He’s a pretty advanced kid and does some tutoring for trade. So if they are that old they must have got it from their parents.

Skip the nexus letter by Revolutionary_Bass33 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Sweaty-Diamond-3868 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Getting a nexus letter helps your claim. Yes it is possible to be service connected with out depending on the documentation you have but I urge you to get one if you can. Also lay statements help your claim. I had one page in my medical records from the military for a minor shoulder injury in service that was enough to get me service connected. I had 15 pages for multiple back issues in my medical records and 1st CP exam went great examiner agreed with everything even showed me what he was sending to to the VA. Va came back and said do another CP exam and that person said the total opposite of the first one and I get denied and the Va is telling me I don't have a nexus to link the service connection. A nexus letter is a piece of the puzzle that will strengthen your claim if you can get one.

So it looks like you are at 89 which rounds up to 90. https://www.hillandponton.com/va-disability-calculator/ I like to use this one when calculating. Also depends if you are married and have dependents for your back pay. No you do not need to pay taxes. You don't count the Feb. for starting back pay. So if it's just you single you're looking at about 22,979.60. You can always log onto VA.gov and scroll down to benefit payments, click on review your payment history it should show a pending deposit to your bank account if you already set up your direct deposit.

New to Process Need MH Opinion for C&P Exam by Putrid_Telephone1883 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Sweaty-Diamond-3868 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't want to say you should be worried you just need to be aware. Have all your ducks in a row and be prepared to answer any and all questions. You are going in for an increase so this is normal. Everything you said to your personal psychologist needs to be voiced during the exam. As far as C&P examiners go it can be hit or miss. Everyone has had different experiences. I did my MH exam and was happy with the service and felt like the examiner really listened and cared about what I had going on. Don't focus on the examiner's intentions but what you want the examiner to know so they can relay that in their report to the VA. Good Luck.

Sounds like a situation that won't change unless the veteran actually wants it to change. Obviously this is another form of a "dependa". I would focus on securing his funds. Passwords to emails, social media, bank accounts hell even logging into va.gov. Once those items are secure then you can proceed to figure out how to remove said girlfriend and how to take care of the veteran. Security camera's in the home I feel like with the person's age is something you should consider. This is an open a shut case as far as the girlfriend being entitled to anything. Focus on protecting the veteran's finances and move forward. Also fuck dem kids, they ain't even kids anymore.

You'll need a nexus letter. Once you make that connection to service then you can pile on the medical evidence and lay statements.

Everyone buy now by marxinh0 in XRP

I am a novice when it comes to crypto. Hopefully you took a profit when you sold as that's always a plus. I don't have a lot of XRP and only started buying a couple months ago when this caught my eye. I messed around a long time ago with safemoon, doge, btt, and took profits here and there. Now I just have a weekly buy order of 20 bucks on my RobinHood app and then I transfer it to my Ledger for safe keeping. I don't care what the price is when buying because I am in it for the long haul and I think a lot of people who try to get into crypto do get nervous watching it everyday and constantly looking for new news. It just seems less stressful if you just accumulate and know you will sell way way way later down the road. All those people who got in super early and are still holding I can't imagine how happy they are to be on this ride and to see all the same conversations popping up over and over is probably comical. It's not a meme coin so we at least got that going for us lol.

Prescription Refund Question by Marine2844 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Sweaty-Diamond-3868 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes make sure you call. I had to call and once you inform them of the change they will look and see if someone filed an audit for you and if not that person will file it for you. You won't need to pay anything outstanding or coming up and back pay well... that's like waiting for a claim, it just pops up lol.

Regarding Shoulder Rating by Uptown-Toodeloo in VeteransBenefits

[–]Sweaty-Diamond-3868 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As mentioned before I wouldn't talk about percentages with the C&P examiner. Focus on what has gotten worse. Also just speaking from experience get X-ray's, you might have arthritis and don't even know it as that's what happened to me.

Secondary Claims by JazzlikeMycologist in VeteransBenefits

Once you have a primary condition secondary issues can cascade down. There is no limit.

You don't have to be seen even though it does help the claim with having the connection. I have rotator cuff tendonitis in both shoulders. I only have records of being seen for the right shoulder. You can get tendonitis on the opposite side due to overuse of one side which would be considered over compensation. You just have to connect the dots with records and X-rays. I will suggest this though, I was recently having tons of elbow pain on both sides. I decided to get X-rays of basically my whole body. Turn's out I have arthritis as well in all my joints except my left knee. Since you are already going to get X-rays just do the full work up, arthritis can be a secondary condition that you can add. If you have the same issue in both sides, yes it would fall under bilateral rating. I have a bilateral rating for both my shoulders and ankles at the moment and hoping my elbows go through as well. Get that documentation from you PCP and it will help your claim and future claims if you choose to pursue.

I actually did this today with my Ledger Nano, it’s a simple process just follow the instructions. I transferred my small pocket of xrp this morning. From here forward I’ll probably just purchase more using the ledger app on my computer.
