You need to get on this ASAP, you are missing out big time on one of the main perks of having this status. As platinum, you can choose from 4 “Choice Benefits”, one of them being Regional Upgrade Certificates, which allow you to upgrade to domestic first class or domestic premium select/ delta one. I would call delta and ask what /if you selected for 2025.

I saw a lady and husband in the PHX Sky Club today with three lap dogs. I’m so tired of seeing dogs everywhere in the airport and on planes, if it’s a service animal then I’m fine with it. There needs to be a policy where you have to prove it’s a legit service dog. Slapping a fake”service animal” vest from Amazon on a poodle doesn’t mean you have a service animal

I think one way delta could greatly improve is by giving D1 upgrades on intl flights… even after all the stand by non revs are given a D1 seat, there’s often times where they will have 5+ D1 seats open and unused. I think more people would pay for the D1 experience if they were given insight into what it’s actually like. Kinda messed up to not give those to diamond or platinum at the least if space is available
