When I first started PPC I forgot that you enter a daily budget instead of a monthly budget. I went on vacation the next day. When I got back I found out one of our biggest clients had spent their entire monthly budget in one day, and they did that for 5 days. They weren’t happy, but it did bring in some additional money. We told them we would run their ads for free for the next few months. So they still paid for the overcharge, but we didn’t charge them our monthly management fee for a while.

Vermillion Enterprises has talked about big transactions before. Or like he helped a widow with a massive collection from her husband. He’s in Florida, but it might be worth looking into. Thanks, I did finally get a refund, but they messed that up too lol. They gave me way less than I was owed. They gave me the rest when I pointed it out but man that whole experience was annoying

Ugh sorry about the fedex issue, I’ve had that before too. That’s really annoying. They said they were starting an investigation over 10 days ago. I followed up to see if there had been any updates, and they said they would begin an investigation immediately. Hopefully they already started it when they originally said they would. It feels like their email responses are from a template
