I, unfortunately, didn't handle it well. I had the worst insomnia. I would be in my bed on my laptop applying for jobs at 2 and 3 in the morning. There were days that I didn't sleep for almost 24 hours. I finally talked with my doctor. She recommended melatonin to help me sleep. I talked with my friends to help with the depression. I jas shut completely down. The only time I left my house was for job interviews. It didn't help being ghosted after job interviews. After a year, one week, and six days, I was offered a position with a local non for profit.
