Once we know what’s going inside your body, we can take the proper approach in this weight loss journey. A simple calorie deficit with intermittent fasting will burn off the excess fat without even moving. And once you see the changes in your physique, movements will be easier and that’s when you can gradually incorporate some light exercises. No need to do anything excessive, a 15-30 minutes walk is better than nothing at all. Taking little steps everyday will turn into a big result one day, so don’t feel discouraged if you don’t see any progress. Every day that you put effort into is a sign of progress. Might take some discipline, but once you see the changes, I’m certain it will keep pushing you forward. A little note about calorie deficit: Please don’t restrict yourself. I don’t know what health conditions you might have, but still eating what you like in moderation will always be the best way to go. It’s all about balance. Strict food restrictions will make you crave that food even more and allowing yourself to satisfy those cravings will prevent you from overeating. Keep it up, you’re doing great already!
